About me:

The choice to run for Santa Paula City Council was an easy one for this third-generation citizen of Santa Paula. Our family has served this community for numerous decades and my desire is to continue that involvement. Being a resident, who’s a “millennial”, I will provide a unique and fresh perspective, which both preserves this community’s rich heritage, while also establishing a new vision for its future.

What are my qualifications for this position:

  • Graduated from California State University Northridge’s Master’s in Public  Administration program.

  • Recent graduate of the Ventura County Leadership Academy.

  • Appointed to, and serving on, the Measure T Commission.

  • Professionally, a career with over 5 years of experience serving local nonprofits, developing effective funding plans, and overseeing fundraising efforts for the local American Cancer Society, and more recently, Kids & Families Together.

My top priorities are as follows:

  • Maintaining & expanding current economic development both with current revenue streams and by initiating new revenue streams.

  • Continuing current youth programs and helping create to newer, expanded youth programs which prepare the next generation of leadership to serve in our community.

  • Creating and growing current social and mental health services in Santa Paula

  • Making sure the 5-year pavement management program continues to be funded and that it stays on a progressive timeline to accomplish the necessary street improvements.
